A: The forums have enhanced security that requires exchange of a cookie between the server and your computer. Your cookies must be off thereby preventing your login.

For Internet Explorer users, do the following:

• On your browser menu bar, click on Tools then select Internet Options
• Click on the Privacy tab and then click the <Advanced> button
• Enable cookie handling

For Firefox users, do the following:

• On the browser menu bar, click on Tools then select Options
• Click on the Privacy tab and in the Cookies section, ensure the "Accept cookies from sites" box is ticked
• You can then use the Drop Down box to select either "Until they expire" or "I close Firefox"

Finally, after completing this,

• log off the site,
• clear your cache (or close browser), and
• log back in.
• NOTE: If still having problems, you need to delete your stored cookies and log back in.
